These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NuRev Sales website and wholesale ordering portal (the "Service") operated by NuRev Sales ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is intended for verified business customers only. Accounts are created and approved by NuRev Sales. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Wholesale Orders

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance, product availability, and the wholesale agreement applicable to your account. Pricing, minimum order quantities, and tier discounts may change with notice. Invoices are due according to the payment instructions provided in your account.

Products

Products are offered for lawful wholesale and business purposes only and are subject to all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to purchase, possess, and resell products as applicable, and for any required licensure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Communications

By using the Service, you agree we may contact you by email regarding your account and orders. If you opt in, we may also contact you by SMS as described in our SMS Terms. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuRev Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved as set forth in your wholesale agreement, including any binding arbitration provisions therein.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
